Opportunity-based Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results
  • Actively participate as part of sales team and the wider NCE sales community
  • Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, other Offering sellers
  • Work closely with Practice leaders (regional & global) and with Partners relevant in region
  • Create, drive and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in transparent, predictable manner – weekly cadences and weekly status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients etc


Requirements : 

  • University (bachelor’s degree) minimum
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services & product sales – successful sales execution and client engagement
  • Fluent English & German; other languages will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in at least one of the following sales areas: SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SFDC, Workday, IBM, Cornerstone
  • Digital (cloud-based application) sales experience and digital business acumen
  • Proven sales and/or client relationship management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An established network of clients and relationships on the local market
